Remote IT support

 

Our devices are all loaded with software which allows our highly experienced IT technicians to log into remote computers and take control of the computer desktop so that any issues can be trouble-shooted and resolved.

 

In the unlikely event that the system becomes corrupt, we will provide a back up bootable memory stick that can quickly restore the original device settings.

 

All our devices come with a minimum 12 month warranty.
